Whether or not Babar Azam will remain the captain of the national cricket team, a debate broke out on social media
Zero in the ground but hero on Twitter. The cricketers of the national team who showed poor performance on the field started playing politics on social media. After winning the Karachi Test, the English cricket team whitewashed Pakistan in a Test series for the first time in seventy years at home ground.
After which the demand to remove Babar Azam from the captaincy started gaining strength. After the defeat, Shaheen Shah and Haris Rauf came to the support of captain Babar Azam.
Shaheen tweeted that Babar is our and Pakistan’s pride and identity. He is our captain and will remain. It is forbidden to think of anything other than Babar. Babar is I and your captain and will remain so.

On the other hand, many cricket fans on Twitter raised the question that whether to retain Babar Azam or not, the decision will be made by the team management chairman PCB or the players.
